With a BA in Broadcast Journalism, Kelley has utilized her investigative and storytelling skills to create compelling news packages and documentaries. Her piece Feminist High was screened at the Athena Film Festival for best in the Shorts section. She was also the Narrator for the New York Emmy Winning Documentary on Oliver Miller.

GEN WHY

Kelley wrote, produced and directed eight seasons of the weekly comedy series, Gen Why. She became a starring cast member for the last three seasons. In it’s last season produced by Kelley, Gen Why was nominated for Best Variety Show by The Webby Awards, won Best in Comedy for the Filmmatic Awards and Best Gen - Y video for the Supernormal Awards.

Writer

With a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Creative Writing Kelley has experience covering news, writing personal narratives and short screenplays. Kelley wrote for Elite Daily for 4 years including the viral article “Servers Not Servants: 31 Things Your Waiter Wishes You Knew” and “How I Knew It Was Time To Leave Someone I Didn’t Want To” both receiving over a million views worldwide.” Her script When Pokemon Go Goes wrong also reached a million hits when it was published by Huffington Post. Kelley was also a published Assistant Editor for three years at Fredonia State’s newspaper, The Leader.
